How to apply: Brush a light coat of Bonder at the base of your lash and wait 30 seconds. Using the tweezers, place the cluster underneath your eyelashes. Once all the lashes are in place, clamp your lashes using the tweezers to ensure they are secure. Use the Sealant only where you used the Bonder.
